Riechmann Bros. is a John Dealership that has been family owned and operated since 1922. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and customer relation skills that will take pride in taking care of our business/customer's needs. Part of the responsibilities will include: Parts sales for John Deere ag and consumer products

Parts inventory procedures

Provide exceptional customer service & maintain customer relations while taking and

documenting customer calls regarding parts needs and/or service issues. Help oversee the service department

Organize and direct tasks of service technicians according to incoming work

Supplying mechanics with timely parts orders

Monitor progress of technicians completing jobs

Assist with processing work orders, tracking parts inventory used on jobs and invoicing.

Complete billing paperwork from repair orders received from technicians.
