If you have strong organizational skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with truck or automotive parts, we want to hear from you!Position Overview:As a Parts Sales Associate at Beltway Companies, you will play a key role in supporting both our service department and our customers by ensuring they have the right parts at the right time. You'll work closely with service advisors, technicians, the parts team, and customers at the front counter or over the phone to identify, source, and deliver parts needed for repairs and maintenance. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.Responsibilities:Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to determine correct parts for repair ordersAssist customers at the front counter and over the phone with identifying, locating, and purchasing partsPull and deliver parts to service bays in a timely manner to minimize downtimeCreate and process both internal and external parts orders accurately in the systemMaintain proper stock levels for commonly used service partsCoordinate with purchasing staff for special-order or back-ordered partsKeep work areas organized and ensure parts are properly labeled and storedAssist in inventory counts and cycle counts as neededMonitor parts usage trends and provide feedback to managementEnsure compliance with safety and environmental procedures in the parts department Requirements At least 2 years of related experience preferred, but not requiredPrevious experience in truck parts, automotive parts, or a service shop environment a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory/order management systemsStrong communication skills for working effectively with internal teamsValid driver's license requiredBenefitsComprehensive Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Matching Paid Time Off (PTO) Salary Description $46000 - $50000 / per year
