Key Responsibilities:
Empower Customers: Provide exceptional, personalized service by welcoming every customer warmly, reading their cues, and addressing their needs effectively.
Enroll customers in the DSW Loyalty program and share its benefits.
Answer product queries and handle transactions, whether in-store or online.
Commit to a Positive Retail Environment: Ensure a clean, organized, and safe store atmosphere.
Maintain cleanliness by removing trash, organizing displays, and tidying common areas.
Receive freight, prepare merchandise, and keep stockrooms organized.
Utilize Technology for Customer Engagement: Leverage digital tools to enhance customer experiences.
Complete fulfillment tasks, including locating, inspecting, and packaging products for pickup or delivery.
Use company devices, like registers and phones, to assist customers.
Conduct additional tasks as assigned by management.
Prioritize Customer Needs: Transactions must be accurate and comply with DSW protocols.
Handle cash accurately and independently.
Collaborate with the Customer Experience Leader on service challenges.
Adhere to all asset protection measures.
Engage and Energize: Contribute positively to the team environment.
Participate in team meetings and relevant training.
Be open to constructive feedback and support team inclusivity.
