Your Role as a Fishing Sales Associate: Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations. Showcase your knowledge of fishing products to help customers make informed decisions. Maintain a clean and organized department to provide an inviting shopping experience. Utilize the 5 non-negotiable Friedman Sales Training Steps with each customer. Support merchandise processing and floor stock monitoring. Communicate customer needs and requests effectively to management.
