Maintain merchandise levels on the sales floor and alert management to supply needs. Execute marketing and display initiatives effectively. Conduct daily operations with a strong sense of integrity and efficiency. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures. Process cash and credit transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system. Assist with additional tasks as assigned. Requirements: Pursuing or have obtained a High School diploma or GED. Must be at least 16 years old. Preferred one year of work experience. Strong communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation or ability to use public transit to arrive on time. Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods. Previous experience in specialty or big-box retail is a plus.
