Your Day at Lowe's As a Retail Sales Associate, you will warmly greet customers and assist them in finding the right products and services for their home improvement needs. Expect to engage with customers, help with product selections, and ensure a smooth shopping experience throughout the day. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional customer service. Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise. Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed. Accurately process orders and deliveries. Train in various departments to provide exceptional customer service.
