Your Day at Lowe's As a Retail Sales Associate, you will warmly greet customers and assist them in finding the right products and services for their home improvement needs. Expect to engage with customers, help with product selections, and ensure a smooth shopping experience throughout the day. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional customer service. Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise. Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed. Accurately process orders and deliveries. Train in various departments to provide exceptional customer service. Prepare merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe). Guide customers through their shopping journey. Complete additional tasks as assigned. Minimum Qualifications At least 6 months of experience using a computer. Experience with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. Able to stand or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks. Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs unassisted. Preferred Qualifications 6 months of retail or customer service experience. Bi-lingual skills are a plus. Certification related to the department (e.g., hardware, plumbing).
