Work hand-in-hand with management to drive sales and uphold merchandising standards. Greet customers and attentively listen to their needs. Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and communicate inventory needs to management. Market merchandise according to promotional plans and display standards. Execute daily operations with efficiency and integrity. Adhere to Lori's Gifts policies and procedures. Handle cash and credit transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system. Requirements: Currently pursuing or have obtained a High School diploma or GED. Must be at least 16 years old. One year of work experience preferred. Strong communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation or ability to utilize public transportation. Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods. Previous specialty retail or big box experience is a plus. Salary: $14.50 per hour
