Responsibilities
Join our team as a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder! You will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience and will also be responsible for executing various opening and closing procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Execute opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system.
Handle overrides at checkout when necessary.
Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting rooms, and stockroom to create a safe and inviting environment for customers.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure safety for both associates and customers.
Assist with product launches and changes in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
Deliver excellence in all aspects of the customer experience model.
Process transactions quickly and accurately to minimize customer wait times.
Address customer service-related issues promptly, determining resolutions or escalating to Store Management as needed.
Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
Perform other essential functions as directed by your supervisor.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months in a retail setting.
Proficient in using technology (iPad, registers).
Availability to work nights, weekends, and during non-business hours.
Meets physical requirements of the role.
Critical Skills & Attributes
Previous retail experience preferred.
Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially with customers and team members.
Proven collaborative skills and a demonstrated ability to work well within a team atmosphere.
