As a Part-Time Retail Sales Representative, you will create a fun and memorable shopping experience for our customers while assisting with daily store operations and achieving both sales goals and performance standards. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Meet and exceed both personal and store sales goals. Follow all Operation/Loss Prevention procedures accurately. Maintain store appearance and ensure stockroom organization. Communicate effectively with store management regarding store needs. Stay updated on current fashion trends. Complete all point of sale functions as required. Timely execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities. Deliver a full-service experience to every customer. Complete required training. Demonstrate and uphold the Journeys culture among the team. JOB REQUIREMENTS Prior retail sales experience is preferred. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong desire to excel in a retail environment. Willingness to learn and grow. Ability to work nights and weekends. Ability to climb, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds. Stand for extended periods of time. Must be at least 16 years of age* *Age requirements for part-time employment may vary based on state regulations.
