About the Role As a Part-Time Retail Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service during evening and weekend hours. Your focus will be on ensuring operational efficiency while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. What You'll Do Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections and inquiries. Handle cash register operations, including scanning items, bagging purchases, and processing various payment methods. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, including credit and loyalty program targets. Maintain inventory accuracy by following point of sale guidelines and merchandise handling practices. Support the training of new team members by sharing best practices and ensuring they understand company procedures. Participate in daily operational tasks such as cash balancing and supply replenishment.
