Your responsibilities will include: Engaging with customers through every aspect of their experience, from greeting to post-sale follow-up. Demonstrating effective selling techniques in retail sales, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals. Encouraging team selling to positively affect store sales volume and metrics goals. Assisting in visual merchandising and conducting merchandise stock counts. Operating the cash register and handling transactions professionally.
