Your Responsibilities: Engage as part of a high-performing team focused on results and building customer relationships from greeting to post-sale contact. Utilize benchmark selling techniques for retail and custom clothing sales, enhancing the customer experience. Encourage team selling to achieve store sales volume and metrics goals. Assist in visually merchandising and conducting merchandise stock counts. Handle transactions as a cashier at the point of sale in the store. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and walk for most of the shift, frequently bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb ladders to access merchandise. Ability to distinguish between fabric patterns and colors is essential. Opportunities may be available to work across multiple store locations and brands.
