Key Responsibilities: Create a positive shopping experience for our diverse customer base. Work closely with management to increase sales and uphold merchandising standards. Greet customers warmly and listen actively to their needs. Maintain inventory levels on the sales floor and communicate ordering needs to management. Market merchandise by adhering to advertising, sales promotions, and display guidelines. Execute daily operational procedures with efficiency and integrity. Communicate and implement company policies and procedures. Handle cash and credit transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be 16 years of age or older; minors must comply with state or federal work regulations and obtain necessary permits. One year of work experience preferred. Excellent communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Reliable transportation or ability to utilize public transportation to arrive on time. Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods. Previous specialty or big box retail experience is a plus.
