ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Meet and exceed sales goals and performance standards Accurate execution of all Operation/Loss Prevention procedures Maintain store appearance and keep the stockroom organized Communicate store needs effectively to management Stay updated on current fashion trends Perform point of sale functions as required Complete assigned tasks promptly Provide an enjoyable, full-service experience for customers Complete all required training programs Embrace and demonstrate the Journeys culture REQUIREMENTS Prior retail sales experience is preferred Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Desire to excel in a dynamic retail setting Willingness to learn new skills Availability for evening and weekend shifts Physical ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods Must be at least 16 years old PAY AND BENEFITS Learn more about our benefits package by visiting our careers page.
