As a Retail Sales Representative, you will: Engage with customers, building lasting relationships from the greeting to post-sale follow-up. Utilize benchmark selling techniques in retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals. Encourage teamwork to enhance store sales volume and meet performance metrics. Assist in visual merchandising and stock counts, contributing to store organization. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Physical Requirements: The ability to stand and walk for the majority of your shift. Frequent bending, squatting, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Climbing ladders to reach merchandise and having good color and pattern vision.
