About the Role Join our team as a Part-Time Retail Sales Representative, where your primary mission will be to provide exceptional customer service at our point of sale and within our customer service areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive impression and an excellent experience. What You'll Do Welcome customers warmly, assist them in finding products and services, and efficiently handle transactions using a cash register.

Ensure swift, accurate, and efficient point of sale service according to our established company guidelines.

Achieve or surpass individual sales goals, including promotions and loyalty programs.

Maintain inventory integrity by diligently following all point of sale and merchandise handling procedures.

Help train new team members, sharing best practices and superior service techniques that align with Kohl’s brand standards.

Participate in daily operational tasks such as cash balancing, replenishing supplies, and ensuring a seamless service flow.

Make informed decisions, utilizing good judgment and seeking input from supervisors when necessary.

What Skills You Have Required: Strong customer service acumen with an ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

No prior retail experience is necessary; we welcome eager learners.

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred: Experience in customer-facing retail or service industries is an advantage.
