What You'll Do: Gain in-depth knowledge of the Duluth brand and products to provide friendly, solution-oriented service. Lead your team to achieve the same high standards. Demonstrate exceptional service and engagement for customers and set expectations for your team. Manage floor coverage effectively to drive engagement and enhance the Duluth experience. Accurately record customer profile information. Address customer concerns proactively, providing positive resolutions and making empowered decisions. Maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards, ensuring the sales floor is always customer-ready. Set up sales and promotions with clear signage and communication. Supervise the handling of merchandise receipts and transfers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Maintain cleanliness standards across the sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality areas. Provide consistent, constructive feedback to team members. Adhere to company guidelines, serving as a positive role model for others. Understand and train your team on cash-handling and reporting processes. Process all register functions in accordance with company protocols. Ensure store security and respond to alarms as necessary. Prioritize the safety of employees and customers, communicating any concerns to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required. Retail experience preferred but not mandatory. Customer-focused with a drive for excellence. Take pride in your work and display a sense of ownership over the store environment. Operate with integrity and build trust. Excellent communication and listening skills. Collaborative team player. Willingness to perform various other duties as directed. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Environmental Factors: Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day. Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting required. Usage of repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reaching with hands and arms regularly. Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds and push/pull movements of up to 20 pounds. Ability to climb ladders and reach in various positions. Work in temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees, especially in stockroom areas.
