Welcome customers as they enter the store. Assist with cash wrap duties as needed. Participate in store operations, including receiving and replenishing stock. Maintain a positive, professional attitude. Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Assist in launching new initiatives, which may include unloading deliveries, setting up displays, assembling furniture, stocking shelves, and cleaning. Perform other tasks as assigned by the shift supervisor. Adhere to company policies and Wayfair standards. Physical Requirements: This position requires regular standing, walking, talking, hearing, and occasional sitting. Employees may frequently need to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. Working Hours: We prioritize a work schedule that balances your work/life commitments and accommodates your preferences. Due to the nature of retail, shifts may vary, but we provide schedules at least two weeks in advance. Employees may trade shifts with teammates as needed.
