The Retail Sales Associate plays a vital role in assisting our customers and maintaining an inviting store appearance. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, handling register transactions, merchandising, and ensuring overall store maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly with our "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach to foster long-term loyalty. Efficiently manage cash register transactions with accuracy. Become knowledgeable about our store and inventory and stay updated on weekly deals. Assist with freight logistics and learn best practices in product merchandising. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. We are happy to train new Associates, even without six months of retail experience. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly. A positive attitude and team spirit with a desire to delight customers. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
