About the Role Join our team as a Part-Time Sales Associate, where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers. Your focus will be on efficient operations and creating a welcoming environment. What You'll Do Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist them with their product inquiries. Manage the cash register, process transactions efficiently, and handle various payment methods. Ensure adherence to customer service standards, delivering fast and courteous service at all times. Strive to meet or exceed personal performance goals related to credit and loyalty programs. Support accurate inventory management by following proper point of sale procedures and merchandise handling practices. Help train new team members, sharing best practices and ensuring they understand point of sale protocols. Participate in essential daily tasks such as cash balancing and restocking supplies. All associates are responsible for: Fostering a culture of integrity, teamwork, and inclusivity. Exercising sound judgment and seeking assistance when needed. Maintaining a customer-focused mindset and resolving issues efficiently. Managing multiple tasks within set timeframes while following company policies and safety guidelines. Listening to and implementing feedback from supervisors and managers. What Skills You Have Passion for excellent customer service and the ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
