Key Responsibilities: Discuss and showcase product features, tailoring suggestions to fit each customer's unique needs. Achieve or surpass targets for customer experience, sales, and retention. Assist in opening and closing the retail store. Accurately handle cash transactions. Participate in workshops, special events, and product demonstrations. Support fellow team members when needed. Who You Are: Minimum Requirements: High school diploma/GED or up to 2 years of relevant experience. Ability to achieve sales and customer experience targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a solutions-based approach to selling products. Proven relationship-building skills catering to a diverse customer base. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. Capability to stay mobile throughout the store for extended periods to engage customers and present products. Basic computer literacy with keen interest in learning about communication products and services. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to lift 25-50 pounds to manage stock inventory. Preferred Qualifications: Some college experience focusing on sales, business, or management. One year of experience in a related field such as Sales, Retail, or the Service Industry. Experience in selling Wireless/Mobile products. Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
