Who You Are: Minimum Requirements: High school diploma/GED or up to 2 years of relevant experience. Ability to achieve sales and customer experience targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a solutions-based approach to selling products. Proven relationship-building skills catering to a diverse customer base. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. Capability to stay mobile throughout the store for extended periods to engage customers and present products. Basic computer literacy with keen interest in learning about communication products and services. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
