About the Role As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service at our point of sale and throughout the shopping experience. Your focus on operational efficiency and creating a memorable customer journey will be key to your success. What You'll Do Engage customers by enthusiastically greeting them and assisting them with products and services. Operate a cash register, accurately scanning items, bagging merchandise, and handling various payment methods. Deliver friendly and efficient service by adhering to point of sale and customer service standards as set by the company. Meet or exceed personal sales goals, including credit and loyalty program sign-ups. Support inventory accuracy by completing all point of sale and merchandise processing responsibilities accurately. Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices and ensuring they understand company standards. Participate in daily operational processes such as cash balancing, change orders, and restocking supplies. What Skills You Have Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to multitask and pay attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
