Your Role: Become an expert in our products and assist families as they navigate every stage, from baby to school age. Provide exceptional customer service with a warm welcome and knowledgeable support. Maintain a positive and safe environment for both employees and customers. Lead by example and coach your team to adhere to service standards and enhance the customer experience. Handle store operations as a Leader on Duty, focusing on results and resolving customer concerns promptly. Utilize customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Care for our customers by building loyalty through exciting company-sponsored programs. Provide constructive feedback to help your team grow and excel. What We're Looking For: A positive, solutions-driven mindset. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to juggle multiple tasks effortlessly. Proficiency with computer systems (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.). Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. A high school diploma or GED.
