Your Responsibilities: Become an expert on our products to guide families in every parenting stage, from preemie to size 14. Greet customers warmly and assist them with our product range. Maintain a strong customer service focus on the sales floor. Create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for both employees and customers. Set an example of exceptional service and coach others to achieve their best. Lead a designated business area, ensuring thorough planning and follow-through. Oversee day-to-day operations as the Manager on Duty, addressing customer concerns appropriately. Use customer feedback to identify improvement areas and take action to drive results. Enhance customer loyalty through Company-sponsored programs, including credit offerings. Provide constructive feedback to team members and communicate performance issues to store management. Recognize and celebrate outstanding team performance. Support Asset Protection initiatives with top-notch customer service and safety practices. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed and perform frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Willingness to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders. Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on the schedule.
