As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a critical role in supporting our store leadership by guiding sales activities, enhancing customer service, coaching team members, and managing daily store operations as needed. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience. Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable using technology, including handheld and mobile devices. Strong communication skills. Purpose of Role: The Sales Team Leader contributes to the profitability of the store and helps achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by embodying leadership responsibilities, providing outstanding customer service, and collaborating with store management to ensure operational excellence. This position also acts as a mentor to teammates and takes charge in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager. Your Impact: Sales & Omni Support the leadership team in achieving sales and KPI targets. Model the brand's service standards consistently. Provide product knowledge for our extensive portfolio to help customers. Proactively seek solutions based on customer needs. Brand Image & Customer Experience Assist in training teammates to foster a unique service culture. Utilize knowledge to drive sales and customer loyalty. Share product knowledge with junior teammates. Retail Operations Responsible for key management, including store opening and closing per protocols. Train teammates on daily operations consistent with Under Armour standards. Evaluate sales and payroll goals, adjusting schedules as necessary. Ensure compliance with audit and loss prevention standards. Communicate safety concerns to leadership promptly. Leadership & Team Collaboration Set clear priorities and targets for sales teammates. Support strategies to optimize sales and operations. Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of new teammates. Qualifications: Strong numeric, literacy, and communication skills. Fluency in local language, with basic English skills. Basic people management capabilities. Proficiency with computer systems and technology. Effective communication with customers and teammates. Open-mindedness to new methods and ideas. Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and safety protocols. Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements. Moderate retail operations knowledge to foster problem-solving. Advanced sales experience and industry insight. Physical Requirements: Able to lift or manipulate products weighing up to 25 lbs (12 kg). Able to stand and move for extended periods of time.
