Personal Lines Sales Representative

Job Summary

Looking for a motivated and dynamic Personal Lines Sales Representative to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are newer to the insurance industry and are eager to build a rewarding career.

Responsibilities

Handle warm leads, cross-sell policies, and generate referrals.

Primarily work on homeowner policies and standard personal lines packages.

Occasionally cross-sell commercial lines leads.

Utilize EZLynx software for quoting and managing accounts.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to grow your book of business. Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses/Designations : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.

Experience : 3–5+ years of sales experience preferred, but candidates with a strong desire to succeed in sales are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills : Familiarity with EZLynx software is a plus.

Soft Skills : Fun and outgoing personality. Professional demeanor and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
