As a Pest Control Sales Technician at Quik-Kill Pest Eliminators, you'll do more than eliminate pests you'll build trusted relationships with customers, provide expert recommendations, and help protect homes and businesses in your community. This role is a blend of service and sales, including prospecting for new customers and expanding your service route by promoting solutions to nearby homes and businesses.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday: Full-time, 8-hour days
Saturday: Overtime as needed (paid at time-and-a-half)
Compensation
Base Pay: $17/hour
Plus: Overtime, commissions, and performance bonuses
Estimated First-Year Earnings: $40,000 $50,000+

What You'll Do as a Pest Control Sales Technician
Start your day with a company vehicle and full schedule
Perform pest control treatments using safe, effective methods
Inspect properties, identify pest issues, and recommend solutions
Build customer relationships through education and service
Prospect nearby homes and businesses to generate new sales
Recommend and sell additional services and products
Maintain accurate digital service records using your iPad
Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction

Preferred Experience

Sales-driven or commission-based roles
Field technician or route-based service experience
Cold calling or door-to-door lead generation
CRM software or digital service reporting (mobile or tablet-based)
Customer-focused roles involving upselling or cross-selling
Goal-oriented, quota-carrying roles
Pest control certification or industry background (a plus, but not required)
Problem-solving in hands-on environments
Work in residential or small business settings
Service documentation and compliance reporting
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
Willingness to learn no experience required
Strong communication skills and a sales mindset
Comfortable working outdoors and in tight spaces
Safety-conscious and able to wear protective gear
Clean drug screen (no illegal substances or marijuana)
Neatly groomed (trimmed facial hair required for safety mask fit)
