Rednil Insurance Programs is a second generation, family-owned managing general agent that dedicates itself exclusively to underwriting and insuring bowling centers (WBPI), family entertainment centers, and now, Pickleball Clubs (PIP) Through building relationships directly with customers, our purpose is to coach small business owners into success and fight their battles when trouble comes their way. We aim to be their expert defense so they can focus on what they do best: facilitating the creation of life long memories for the people in their communities.
With fewer than 25 team members, we're a family. We HATE micromanagement and have an all-hands-on-deck culture that reaches out to help when the cup starts to overflow. As a vertically integrated MGA, PIP controls the product, the underwriting, the price, and the sales process resulting in higher hit ratios and greater returns for sales people who learn to become experts in the pickleball niche.

Compensation is customizable to maximize your motivation, but typically involves:
A "Salaried Draw" which is offset by commissions (no claw-backs)
Net new business commission to the agent ranging from 5%-7.5% of premium
Renewal commissions ranging from 3%-6% of premium
Platinum PPO Health insurance for employee (75% employer/25% employee share) and dependents (25% employer/75% employee) after 90 days of employment
Dental insurance (100% paid by company)
401k matching after 1 year of employment
We pay directly for business travel gas, hotels, flights, tolls, and parking
We provide all computer equipment for your home/traveling office
Minimum Requirements:
Active P&C insurance license
4 years selling commercial P&C insurance
Experience working remote
Degree in anything other than underwater basket weaving or gender studies (or no degree)
Clean criminal background check
A reliable vehicle that you're willing to put miles on
Must live in within the designated territory
Proficiency using Apple computers, G Suite, and DropBox
License/Certification:
