We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Plumbing Sales Specialist to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build rapport with customers, and a passion for providing tailored plumbing solutions. Duties and Responsibilities:

Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate new and existing customers on plumbing solutions

Present and explain purchasing options, including financing plans

Proactively follow up on all sales leads and customer inquiries

Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction

Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends

Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s License (Required)

Minimum 3 years of sales experience (Required)

Basic understanding of plumbing systems and solutions

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Passion for sales and delivering top-tier customer service

Some college coursework or technical training preferred

Work Conditions:

Regular use of hands for handling tools, paperwork, and communication devices

Occasionally required to lift/move objects up to 75 lbs

Frequent standing, walking, squatting, and sitting for extended periods

Work may take place in residential and commercial properties, including crawl spaces, attics, and basements

Occasional need to ascend/descend ladders and maintain balance

Moderate exposure to physical risk in various work environments
