Job Summary
The Pre-Sales Coordinator provides operational support to Customer Sales Representative, is responsible for processing orders for MOS sales, and acts as a liaison between sales and other departments. What a typical day looks like: Receive customer orders on ERP system Responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed and delivered on time Provides timely and accurate invoicing Notifies logistics/planning of customer requests to modify delivery dates Runs and reconciles applicable open order reports daily to ensure orders are flowing and issues are resolved Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all co-workers, outside customers and vendors Conducts as the public image of the company in accordance with MOS's code of conduct Receive customer orders on ERP system Responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed and delivered on time Provides timely and accurate invoicing Notifies logistics/planning of customer requests to modify delivery dates Runs and reconciles applicable open order reports daily to ensure orders are flowing and issues are resolved Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all co-workers, outside customers and vendors Conducts as the public image of the company in accordance with MOS's code of conduct The experience we’re looking to add to our team: 2+ years prior experience in a sales support, inside sales, or marketing coordination role Proficient with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc) Must have professional communication skills using MS office, Zoom, etc. Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification.
