Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement Participate in discovery calls and meetings to gather client requirements and understand business objectives. Identify customer pain points, goals, and technical environments. Build strong technical relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and credibility. Solution Design Translate customer requirements into functional and technical solutions. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment. Develop solution architectures, integration plans, and high-level designs that meet customer needs. Demonstrations & Presentations Prepare and deliver product demonstrations customized to client use cases. Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Lead technical workshops, webinars, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions. Support client lab setup and management. Sales Support Partner with sales representatives to create compelling value propositions and win strategies. Assist with RFP/RFI responses and technical proposal writing. Support pricing discussions, scope definition, and effort estimation. Documentation & Handover Document customer requirements, solution designs, and integration plans clearly and accurately. Provide thorough technical documentation and ensure a smooth handover to post-sales teams. Product & Industry Knowledge Stay current on product portfolio, emerging technologies, and industry trends. Gather and relay client feedback to product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting role. Familiarity with the sales process and customer engagement lifecycle. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce, Cisco) are a plus. Capabilities
Strong technical background in relevant technologies (cloud, SaaS, software, networking). Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and business audiences. Solution-oriented mindset with proven problem-solving abilities. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions. Experience working directly with customers in a consultative capacity. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
