Join to apply for the Pre-Sales Engineer role at All Copy Products 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Description The Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting the Verticomm sales team by providing technical expertise, solution design, and strategic advice to potential and existing customers. You will bridge customer needs with Verticomm's IT Managed Services portfolio, facilitating successful sales and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and align them with our IT Managed Service solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Provide in-depth technical knowledge of our IT Catalog and various product/service offerings, such as Microsoft services (M365, Azure IaaS), Cyber security solutions (EDR, MDR, SOC, SIEM), Data Backup and recovery (Datto). Develop proposals with the sales team, including scope, deliverables, and pricing. Respond to RFPs/RFQs with technical accuracy, aligning solutions with customer requirements. Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain expert-level knowledge of Verticomm's Managed IT Services offerings and stay updated on market trends. Support the sales team in closing deals by addressing technical questions. Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and events to promote solutions. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in technical Service Delivery, MSP experience preferred in areas like Directory Services, Networking, Microsoft 365, Cybersecurity, Endpoint Management, Cloud Platforms, Backup and Disaster Recovery, MSP Tools, and Security Solutions. 3+ years in pre-sales engineering, IT consulting, or similar roles within Managed IT Services. Understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL, COBIT). Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect AZ-305, Azure Administrator AZ-104, AZ-900, MS-900, MS-102). Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork ability. Soft Skills: Clear communication, translating technical concepts into business terms. Strong presentation skills, simplifying complex concepts. Trust-building and collaboration. Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking. Time management and meeting deadlines.
