What You'll Do
As a PSSR, you’ll own your territory and act as a trusted advisor for customers. You’ll:
- Build and grow relationships by visiting customers on-site
- Sell solutions — from OEM/aftermarket parts to service contracts, inspections, extended warranties, and more
- Provide post-sale follow-up and limited technical support
- Identify new business opportunities and bring dormant accounts back to life
- Share the latest tools, technology, and promotions that help your customers succeed

How You'll Succeed
- Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Log daily customer visits and interactions in our CRM (Salesforce)
- Track and close sales opportunities
- Generate leads for equipment sales and long-term contracts
- Stay current on products, services, and tech solutions
Your Toolkit
- Strong communication skills — you're confident talking to anyone, anywhere
- A self-starter attitude — you're motivated, organized, and results-focused
- Technical interest or mechanical aptitude (don’t worry, we train too!)
- 4+ years of experience in sales, service, or parts (preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED (required); Technical or College Degree a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout your territory
Your Territory
This is a field-based role with 80% travel in your assigned area.
Most travel is within 1–2 hours of your home branch.
You may attend occasional overnight training or vendor events.
The Physical Side
You’ll be on job sites, around big machines, and in the field. Expect to:
- Walk rough terrain (mud, rocks, job sites)
- Climb on/off equipment (2–4x/week)
- Lift and move parts (up to 50 lbs)
- Sit for extended periods while driving between visits
- Wear required PPE (hard hat, safety boots, etc.)
