This role is ideal for a results-driven, strategic sales professional with a passion for enterprise IT and Security solutions. You will drive growth within Storage & Analysis product lines by developing and executing sales strategies, expanding product adoption, and providing insights to shape the product roadmap. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including solution engineers and regional sales managers, you will manage the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting to closing—while fostering strong, customer-centric relationships. This position offers the opportunity to influence product strategy, exceed sales goals, and contribute directly to the company’s success in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
Accountabilities
Develop and execute business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals in partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with regional sales managers on qualified opportunities, account plans, and closing strategies.
Influence product roadmap by gathering customer feedback and providing market insights.
Manage the full sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring strong customer engagement and satisfaction.
Communicate product value propositions effectively to technical and executive stakeholders, from engineers to CxOs.
Forecast accurately and consistently meet or exceed sales targets within Storage & Analysis product lines.
Travel up to 25–35% across the United States to meet with customers and partners.
Requirements
5+ years of enterprise or strategic sales experience engaging IT and Security stakeholders (e.g., CISOs, CIOs), in direct or indirect sales roles.
Experience in earlier-stage startups ( Proven success in landing large upsell, cross-sell, and expansion deals.
Experience with channel-led sales motions and territory demand creation.
Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies.
Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships and influence decision-making.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
