POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Product/Sales Ambassador, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that every customer receives a superior experience while upholding all Coughing Cardinal USA, LLC rules and company policies. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our team and store.

  • Lead with Excellence: Deliver a top-notch customer experience, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.
  • Manage Inventory: Use and access inventory as directed in order to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and open lines of communication with co-workers, customers, and manager.
  • Solve Problems: Troubleshoot customer concerns, ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience.
  • Foster Team Spirit: Be a positive and collaborative co-worker in order to promote a culture of excellence.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proven Customer Service Experience: 0-1 years’ experience providing excellent customer service selling and promoting products.
  • Product Knowledge: Extensive product knowledge across all smoke shop product lines.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized individual with excellent multitasking abilities, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communicator who is positive, approachable, and able to assist diverse clients successfully.
  • Integrity: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Assist with driving sales and profitability through customer satisfaction.
  • Assist Manager with preparing store displays and marketing throughout the store.
  • Ensure merchandise is properly priced, displayed, and stocked according to inventory levels as directed.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day customer satisfaction by maintaining a working knowledge of products and services.
  • Assist with special promotions and advertising events.
  • Maintain effective communication co-workers, customers, and store management.
  • Promptly escalated customer complaints, questions, or concerns in a professional and friendly manner
  • Additional duties, as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 0-1 years of retail management experience
  • Flexibility to work as needed.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform tasks as directed.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills for effective problem solving.
  • Initiative-taking leader capable of motivating others to achieve company goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills in-person and over the phone
  • Must possess strong work ethic and people skills and be highly organized, able to multi-task and be meticulous in a demanding environment.
  • Intermediate to advance computer skills (spreadsheets, presentations, reporting)

Job Type: Full-time (Non-Exempt)

Shift: Morning / Day / Evening and Weekend availability as needed to be successful
