Key Responsibilities- Manage residential roofing projects from planning to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.- Coordinate and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and maintaining positive relationships.- Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.- Actively drive sales through client consultations, estimates, and follow-ups, combining technical expertise with strong customer service to close deals and generate referrals.- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and company standards.- Identify potential issues early and present solutions to keep projects moving forward.- Enforce safety procedures and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.- Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and job progress photos using Company Cam checklist and Jobnimbus workflow programs.

Qualifications- With 4+ years of experience in construction or roofing project management.- High school diploma or GED required.- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct crews effectively.- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to manage task and complete provided checklist- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Professional appearance and demeanor with strong client-facing skills.- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
