Key Responsibilities:
Checking with repair crews to assure they are on time and efficient.
Client communications for both repair and replacement projects.
Sell pre-qualified lead overflow projects provided by the company.
Educate homeowners on roofing systems, warranties, and grants.
Build rapport and trust with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Potentially start insurance jobs for our adjuster.
Work with Admin to assure CRM and sales pipeline stays up to date and scheduling is on point.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
Act as a brand ambassador.
Attend frequent trainings.
Compensation and Benefits Provided:
$3,000/month base + 5% commission
Typical 1st year: $60k$75k+ (no cap commissions)

Self starter and Motivated.
Not afraid to talk to people and enjoy helping people.
Do not need micromanaging but work well in a collaborative setting, we offer training to set you up for success.
Someone who does not have the words "I can't" in their vocabulary- a problem solver.
Can handle constructive criticism and is a great communicator.
