Our Client, a Security Products and Solutions company, is looking for a Project Sales Support Specialist for their New York, NY location. Responsibilities: Responsible for reviewing specifications for projects at a level determined by the Project Sales Manager and plan a strategy for quoting. All discounts beyond specified limits are reviewed with the appropriate manager before issuing a quote. Create quotes through a CRM and enters all appropriate data. Work effectively within the CRM database and other Sales Systems as required. Prepare and provide comprehensive reports to management team as required. Maintain awareness of all Allegion policies, guidelines, and procedures and ensure compliance. CRM & Sales Pipeline Sales pipeline funnel cleanup and communication with distribution team Coordinate construction leads and other opportunities by assigning items to the appropriate team member Attend project meetings to ensure correct quoting and information is entered into the CRM ensuring no duplication information is in the system and that quotes are attached to the correct projects Architectural Services Support Coordinates Request for Approvals and reply to Request For Information in collaboration with architects. Coordinates specification activities with the project team to ensure coverage with critical specification information for quoting intel Requirements: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years sales administrative or data analyst experience Detail oriented with a high level of organization and time management skills Proficient w/ MS Office tools Ability to learn industry specific software Excellent verbal and written communication skills, influencing skills essential along with a bias for action Why Should You Apply?
