Job Responsibilities : The RazerStore Sales Associate will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect Razer products and creating memorable shopping experiences. You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). Pay Rate: $17.25/hr Schedule: open availability, including weekdays and weekends Essential duties and responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and recommending products. Drive sales through demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions. Handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently. Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and foster a positive work environment. Assist customers with product selection, provide information, and showcase products. Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately. Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Enforce company policies and perform other duties as assigned. Pre-Requisites : Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
