Duties/Essential Functions Complete Matthews' intensive training program Become an expert in commercial real estate analysis/brokerage Proactively reach out to owners of commercial real estate Make 100+ cold calls daily to investment property owners Maintain detailed records on Matthews' CRM system Utilize company tools and technology to win business and build relationships Other responsibilities as assigned by Management Requirements Bachelors degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience 1+ years of sales experience preferred Competitive nature Excellent communication skills Effective prospecting and account penetration skills Organizational skills for maintaining a large database Understanding of financial analysis and underwriting of investment real estate Professional work ethic and integrity Ability to work independently and in a team Industrious and coachable personality Strong desire for success MREIS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
