Compensation: $100,000+ potential at plan Responsibilities: Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Qualifications: Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred An established track record of successful real estate sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car VA Real Estate License: Must have or be willing to obtain a Virginia real estate license About Company Experience excellence at The Ron Sawyer Team @ RE/MAX Prime!
