In this role, you will work directly with qualified leads, maintain steady follow-up, and guide clients through the entire home-buying journey from the first consultation to the closing table. Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities: Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget

Qualifications: Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
