Compensation: $130,000 at plan
Responsibilities: Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
Qualifications: Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
An established track record of successful real estate sales
Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
Real estate license required
