Responsibilities: • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Compensation: $132,000+
