Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Close buyer sales • Set appointments • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Real estate license required • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions
