If you are motivated to grow your career and ready to step into listings with the right team and support, we would like to connect. Compensation: $80,000 - $155,000 at plan commissions Responsibilities: Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
Follow the team plan Set listing and buyer appointments Execute appointments Close sales Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent Team player CRM and database mastery Scripts mastery
Qualifications: Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
