Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $36,000 annually
Commission: 6% on Net Profit for Closed Deals
Sliding Scale Commission & Bonuses: Offered after 90 days — earn 6–10% commission plus performance bonuses.
Earning Potential: $75,000–$100,000+ total annual earnings.

Work Schedule
Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Every Other Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Work From Home)

Responsibilities: Speak daily with homeowners via phone, text, and email.
Build rapport and trust quickly.
Negotiate offers that work for both the homeowner and the company.
Use our CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and deals in progress.
Manage incoming leads — even during evenings and weekends.
Consistently follow up with potential sellers to keep deals moving forward.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Qualifications: Sales experience preferred, especially in phone-based or inside sales.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong negotiation skills or the drive to learn them quickly.
Resilient and self-motivated — thrives under pressure.
Willing to work evenings/weekends when needed.
Must work in-office in Fort Lee, NJ (no remote).
