First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+
In this role, you will learn to work directly with private and institutional investors, identify acquisition and disposition opportunities, evaluate properties, and guide transactions from initial outreach through closing. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, finance, or real estate are encouraged to apply, especially those looking for direct exposure to transactions and the ability to advance their careers within a proven model.
With structured mentorship, advanced tools, and the backing of an experienced team, you will gain hands-on deal experience while developing the skills to create long-term client relationships and consistent production.

Compensation: $160,000 at plan
Responsibilities: Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
Follow up on all leads and requests for information
Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
Qualifications: Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
