Compensation: $95,400 - $185,000 yearly
Responsibilities: Attend weekly training sessions and workshops
Learn how to generate and follow up with real estate leads
Practice client conversations and objection-handling techniques
Work with senior agents to shadow appointments and tours
Track daily activity and performance in the provided systems
Commit to ongoing learning and development
Qualifications: Real Estate License required or in progress
Strong people skills and natural relationship-building ability
High emotional intelligence and customer service orientation
Excellent phone etiquette and email writing skills
Commission-based opportunity with upside earning potential
