* Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience * Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume * Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community * Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home * Follow-up with leads to increase sales

* Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline * Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales * Conduct open houses to promote agency listings * Oversee the entire process from creating documents to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience * Create a personal marketing plan to attract prospective clients and promote new business * Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and trends * Knowledge of the greater Houston area and local communities

Qualifications:

* Tech savvy * Great communication and social skills * A successful and proven sales history is preferred * Show good organizational and time management skills * Self-motivation and drive

* Must have a valid Texas Real Estate License * Minimum 1 year of residential real estate sales experience preferred * Strong communication and follow-up skills - good listeners who build trust with clients * Willingness to host multiple open houses on weekends and work a flexible, full schedule * Reliable transportation and availability to serve clients throughout Greater Houston * Self-motivated, organized, and committed to following up and following through * Team players who are coachable, results-focused, and committed to growth * Maintain availability 7 days a week when needed to serve clients promptly and professionally * Strong ethical standards, honesty, and a commitment to doing what's right for the client and the team * Not a part-time opportunity — this is for full-time, committed professionals only * Be prepared to upload your past sales history and share your Instagram and other professional social media links with your application
